That is very small. Unless you are very careful and walking with a short stride. Look for something around 50cm X 160cm.
… and make sure you are under 100 kg before you jump on it. :))
12kph seems pretty slow? I run faster than that on the road!
If you go on the website they have clearance items located at different stores. Hallam have a $2200 one for 699, floor stock no box. Kogan sell a different brand but same features as this one for around $200. So shop around. If you only gonna use it then give up after a few months just buy an El cheapo
