I hope this is a solid diet idea, and not too watered down

Don't worry, dude. By the sounds of it, you'll be flooded with plenty of ideas.

    • It's clearly a substantially helpful book and will no doubt rapidly flow through the top 100.

Wow, Dihydrogen Monoxide kills uncounted thousands of people every year and this book advocates using it as a diet plan:

    • +1

That's a very serious issue, has anyone notified the government? I'm sure they'd be very interested in this matter.

      Boycott all Dihydrogen Monoxide products.

      • +2

        has anyone notified the government?

They are well aware, but also heavily dependant on political donations from the DHMO industry, as well as unions who fear mass layoffs.
There is a buy-back scheme in place in the Murray-Darling Basin , to reduce its use in our food production.

Guys - stop all this hype and hysteria about Dihydrogen Monoxide. It's fine as long as you dilute it with water.

        • +2

Diluting it in water doesn't actually change the MOL/L… It's one of those super chemicals that's found in everything…

        • +3

@ProjectZero: I went through a stage of having too much DHMO in my diet, and it made me constantly need to go to the toilet.

        • It's fine as long as you dilute it with water.

          Homeopathic DHMO is the antidote.

    • Did you know upto 70% of terrorists and extremists are made of Dihydrogen Monoxide???
      Are the Illuminati involved??

Scratching my head whether the model on the cover is wearing a silver one piece cut out swimsuit or just shiny duct tape.

    • Painful when the model needs to rip the duct tape off certain part of her frontal anatomy……ouch

      • Ouch indeed.

I'd say an all over shaving was done. And some oil and or layering done.

    Free on amazon/kindle too.

This is the top review of it, giving it 4/5 stars:

This will not be for everybody as it is not your typical diet book. No menus, no phases, no recipes. It is a spiritual book more than than a diet how-to.

You get basic advice that your doctor told you : exercice, stop smoking, don't overdue coffee or alcohol, eat your fruits and veggies, stop eating junk food and of course, drink eight glasses of water a day. The section on exercice does give you basic moves but note that there are no pictures in the kindle edition so some of the exercices might be difficult to visualize.

Although I doubt that the chapters on the way of Buddha, as it translate to diet, or the cosmic history of water from the big bang to Herodes will help me loose weight, i was entertained. I also liked the sections on tobacco, caffeine and alcohol : the authors take time to give you historical background, science facts and, in the case of tobacco and alcohol, some pointed ideas on how to stop (or limit) your consumption.

The water diet encourages you to change your life from within so that you will make the better choices for yourself. It's a soft sell, and by that, I mean that you are not required to change drastically all your foods, start an exhausting exercice program or start restricting calories. I found the positive message motivating.

tldr; drink mostly water, eat fresh food, oogedy boogedy magic water from asian Jesus.

    • LOL at last bit of tl;dr.

Oh so that's Buddha?! Was imagining some Moonies cult or something.

Herodes, Big Bang, cosmic history of water, this one just got interesting. I don't need to lose weight but man I want to see if it works. Got find someone that does and see how they go.

Thanks for amazon tip, will get it from there. Can't imagine reading more than 5 minutes on AMOLED screen.

  • Sorry, no water for me. I'm on a strictly air diet

    • Oh wow, I… I uhh… I don't even know.
