Happy New Year "Sale"(apparently reduced from $34.95 to $9.95)

I saw an ad for this product on Facebook and ordered some for my dogs as they seemed pretty well priced - $9.95 for an engraved collar - metal buckle fits my dogs name and 2 phone numbers - they arrived quickly and I am really pleased with the quality, i just ordered one for my mums dog.

I have no idea how long the 'sale' will go for.. just a high quality product & good value that I thought deserved promotion

    longest shipping time i had for a product all year (and I've ordered stuff from aliexpress, and it was worse than that…arrived way after i had raised a paypal dispute)

    also, same price as they were previously so not really that big a sale (plus your listing sounds more like spam than feedback)

      Took 2 months until I emailed asking where it was. Response was that it had just been sent. Never showed up, been 6 months now.

        My wife had a similar experience. Order of collar and lead took over 3 months to arrive, and they forgot the lead. This was the second time they had supposedly shipped it, as the first time disappeared.
        Top tip: avoid!

      i did search for previous listings but obviously missed it - my only comment is that the collars arrived within about a week of me ordering them.. sorry you think that was spam lol

    Another unhappy customer from the last "promo" here… I ended up ordering the EXACT SAME product from a Chinese ebayer for an even cheaper price and it arrived before the one I'd ordered from these guys about a month earlier. I've never had to wait so long for something online.

    Yet another story.. The site said "2 weeks" so I bought a personalised collar for a terminal dog as a last treat for her and by the time they arrived, it was 6 weeks later and the girl I had bought them for had died 3 days prior. Also they ignored my font choice on the form. Wouldn't buy from them ever again.

    The price was also exactly the same every time I checked the website to see if they hadn't disappeared or something. But they used to have free shipping.

    If someone you know puts thier hand on a hot plate and says they got burnt. Why would you do the same? I take advice from my wise bargain buddies on here. Was interested but i dont want to have to chase these up months later. Would have been cute on my bengal and jack russel tho… Shame.

      Once an order is placed you receive their place of business and a contact number. I buy these deals just for the experience of driving to Victoria and turning up at their door demanding answers. If they screw me over I take great pleasure in returning the favour. I'm free two weeks from now if anyone wants to join me on an adventure of a lifetime :D

    As with other complaints, order took months. But still came and I would like to add the following:

    The collar is quite thick and does NOT fit the council plastic registration tag loop at all. I've stopped using it due to this fact and given the postage problems, better to find a better collar else where.

    ordered one on the day and just arrived today, less than 4 weeks time. Quality is good, let's just say with the amounts of comments here, I'am quite content LOL…
