How long does it take for Cash Rewards to make Cash Back available for me to withdraw and put it in my bank account?
I made a purchase at the end of October last year from Groupon and I still haven't received it yet.
Also half a dozen other eBay purchases after that as well.
They are showing up on my transaction list so it has gone through but the cash is still not available.
Email them. They usually reply within 48hrs.

Check the store details page on cash rewards for the store your cash back relate to. Groupon is 90 days and eBay 45 days
For Groupon it's about 4-5 months at the moment to be completely approved. They are up to about September atm, your October purchase will still be a couple months away from approval.
eBay is 2 or 3 months to be completely approved, up to November at the moment by the looks.
I had one payment $359 from livingsocial eye laser deal since July14 and still pending
They should tell that the rewards would take X number of days. I waited and waited and have now marked their emails as spam. Can't trust the company anymore.
I had a couple of small ebay purchases now available that were from September but I've got heaps others as far back as June 2014 still pending. They should really take a page out of ebates process. They make payments according to a schedule rather than return periods.
Thats quite strange. I have all my ebay payments till oct available. Last one was 23/10/2014; next ebay purchase for me was on 02/12 which is still not available.
Actually I take it back - my oldest pending is from September and ebay was from October.

Well I still haven't received a response from them yet.
I just had a look at my transaction tonight and I noticed my transaction between 16 Nov to 5 Dec are now available.
These were not available yesterday.
But yeah my 31 Oct Groupon still pending
I got a response today
"….Rewards remain as pending until confirmed to us by the store. For the majority of our stores this may take up to 90 days. For eBay this is up to 45 days. Transactions are usually approved well within this period, at which time you will then be able to withdraw rewards earned into your nominated bank account.
On each store’s page under the heading Cashback Schedule, you will find the indicative period for confirmation. The length of time from ‘pending’ to ‘confirmed and available’ varies from merchant to merchant and can be anywhere from 7 days to 90 days….."
Just got confirmation email from Cash rewards for groupon woolworths gift card purchases. My transactions were done on 31/10 & 02/11
Me too, looks like a whole heap just got approved, gift cards and non gift cards from September to November.

Supposed to be when the return period is over. I have a few transactions that have met this requirement and I have yet to see them become available.
