Hi anyone listening,
What it is with certain people's stupid or pointless comments on serious forum discussions?
I posted something on internet neutrality, and have had d#*kheads (with presumably nothing else to do in their lives) adding smart ass comments whilst either trying to be funny or just annoying; or negging perfectly neutral follow-up questions (because I decided to hide their dumb ass comments); or just adding irrelevant nonsense for their own amusement.
Why?
What can be done to help these lost, keyboard worriers along the way toward doing something useful or meaningful?
Are you (the ones in question) just so socially returded that you must interrupt others interactions, just to feel some kind of weird superiority?
Well, I will say this about most of your comments: you can't polish a turd. Give up!

If one was to flick through my comments on forums, you will find a mixure of serious and stupid ones. You are asking why? Because forums should not only be informative they should also be fun. If you look at most of the +ve voted comments you will find a majority of them are a bit of fun. If you want to have only serious forum responses ozbargain is the wrong forum for you.
You should also try opening your other eye before calling all people with a sense of humour d!ckheads
"You should…" mmm What gives you the right to tell others what to do? Another example of someone having 'fun' at others' expense: Destructive humour. And as usual, negged but no response. Interesting.

Why come onto a bargain website and post something about internet policy? Fair enough if you're an active community member that contributes to our site, but you've done nothing to make this a better place. You've not posted a single bargain, nor helped another member, nor even ever commented on any other deal. You've been a member for a grand total of six days and now you have the cheek to tell us how to act. Your sum contribution to OzBargain is zero.
