I am looking for the best value for money 7" tablet.
Mostly use will be internet browsing, email, low end games.
Preferred minimum specs are:
1.4Ghz Quad Core or Octo Core;
1.5 Gb RAM
Bluetooth
16Gb or micro SD expandable
5Mp camera
Android minimum 4.0
Good speakers
I already have Huawei media pad 7 light bough from Coles for $29. Very cheap, so good value for the little money it costed, but too slow.

Nexus 7 (2013) - Still a great tablet but Google no longer sells them.
You will have to try amazon or ebay to get one.
Have an Asus Nexus 7 2013 Wi-Fi and the whole family uses it constantly. Been one of my more successful purchases. Away from home, use it with pocket Wi-Fi, so convenient.
For value alone, any $29 tablet is incomparable.

albiet the 1.5GB+ ram limits your choices, most tablets with more than 1GB are ~$300 or more.
HP Stream 8. Full Windows 8.1 - around $200 from Dick Smith. Very cool tablet. Comes with a year subscription to Office 365.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7" are an excellent tablet and expandable up to 32gb
