DViCO TViX HD R-3300 + Twin HDTV Tuner + 320GB Hard Drive for $359

30

Hi Guys,
We normally sell the 3300 with the Dual tuner for $339, for a extra $20 you will get a 320GB HDD.

The cheapest I seen this bundle anywhere else is for $421.

1 x Dvico tvix 3300
1 x Dvico T441 Dual HDTV Tuner
1 x 320GB Hard Drive
Total = $359 + delivery (normally around $12)

What does the 3300 do?

To sum it up in a short sentence; It will allow you to play your digital movies from its hard drive, stream from your network or player your external hard drive or thumb drive. You can record your TV Shows with the tuner, you can even record one channel and watch another thanks to the dual tuner.

  • was thinking about this one but ordered this instead

    http://www.ht.com.au/part/V3899-DViCO-TViX-PVR-M-5130SH-Digiā€¦

does anyone know the difference (order can be cancelled)

still seems like a good deal

    • It doesnt look like the one you purchased has two tuners in it meaning you can only record what you are watching.

The Dvico has two tuners so you can watch something and record something else.

  • This a decent deal with the 320GB HDD, but can you please fix the menu system.
You can't select the tabs Summary, Features or Specifications easily without the stupid buttons above expanding.

Thanks for the feedback, will get someone to look into it

      Mikinoz,
The 3300 has a dual tuner while the 5130 has single tuner. I think they both support the same vid formats, however the 3300 is newer.
We had a few issues with the 5130 when we sold it, there was a fault with the HDMI port. Not sure if it has been fixed since?

    • on the player the website??, what are you referring to Kuric

      • he is talking about our website

    • The issue seems to be a firefox one.
In internet explorer it is fine.

  • needs a bigger hard drive, when you can get a 1TB for under 100 bux anything else is over priced. there is typically only 10-20 dollars difference for (so 10%) for a 300% bigger drive… doesn't make sense to spend about 360 dollars and not fork out 10-20 bux extra for a bigger hard drive.

never get these companies and companies like Sony that try to sell you a 120GB hard drive for twice as much as one ten times bigger!

albe it this is a decent price for an all in one ready to go unit.

  • man the deal breaker for me is no HD meadia support on the player (h.264)

  • As a word of warning if you live in Adelaide (possibly all SA) then this dual tuner wont currently pick up channel 9 set of channels, so channel 9, 9hd, channel go! (99). Other than that its not a bad little unit for the price. The manufacturor has said that they will be addressing this issue but nothings happened yet.
