Looks legit, see info below and on webpage. Not directly comparable as this has extra bristles but against Coles 3 pack heads for around $22 makes this seem like a reasonable deal. Could be an import but said to be compatible with most of the Oral-B range.

Be aware there's a lot of non genuine Oral B floating around and if this is them, advise strongly not to grab them. The heads are very loose and on one occasion it snapped in my mouth and could have done some real damage.
