Cant see what the difference is between the 850 and 840
I used a 250GB 850evo and 128GB 840Pro, they feel the same speed. got a 250GB 850Pro too but haven't install it yet.
Main difference that matters is the 850 EVO doesn't have the slow down issues of the 840 EVO.
Last I checked, they still hadn't satisfactorily addressed the problems all these months later.

That is using the amazon exchange rate which includes fees and some banks even charge a fee on top of that (eg. ING Direct). You could use 28 degrees card, pay in USD and pay no fees.
