Bank account with low foreign ATM/Transaction fees

Hey guys,

right now I'm in Bangkok and was running low on cash. Used my Bankwest master debit card and got charged around $35 of fees, was withdrawing 20000baht.
From my understanding, the fees included bankwest foreign transaction fee 2.95% + atm fee $5 + atm fee in BKK. Total fees of $35 sounds quite high to me.

Do you guys have any recommendations when it comes to bank accounts with low fees? Not looking for 28degrees cause I can't get one, as I'm not working.

Use citibank card @ citibank ATMs (Silom, Asoke, Centralworld) to avoid the 150THB local ATMs charge. Completely fee free at visa forex rates.
