So I found this on kogan for $869. A bit of quick searching shows it pretty cheap compared to other sellers, but not sure whether it constitutes a bargain worthy of the main site.
What are peoples thoughts on this? I figure it's an old product likely to be superseded soon, although the specs seem pretty good still. Is it worth spending the extra for a surface 3 or spending less on a t100?

It's cheaper than other places because this is a grey import from Hong Kong or Taiwan, not local AU stock.
It's also fairly old, based on Ivy Bridge which means it will not be the equivalent of a Surface Pro 3 (the Surface Pro 3 is a Haswell generation CPU). This means
when compared to devices sold in the last year using Haswell CPUs.
Overall the SP3 has the following advantages, ignoring the obvious CPU advantage
