They add 4G in Oz, but the overall deal seems less attractive than before (1GB in Oz, US, UK included for 9 bucks).

$30 for 5GB sounds attractive, but Optus 4G in my area is terrible.

How does the data charge work if I were to travel to Hong Kong? Is the 5GB including traveling to HK or does it charge (per MB) like the other countries?
