All Quilt Covers $99 / Pillow Cases $19 - Sheridan Factory Outlet (Shipping $9.95)

70

Sheridan Outlet currently has all quilt covers (every size) for $99 and pillowcases for $19.

One day only, and online only, as far as I can tell. Standard shipping is $9.95, or free when $200 or over spent.

I never buy Sheridan full price, however a number of quilts have an RRP over $300 and pillowcases over $120 RRP, so some good savings.

The Dakota bed cover in particular is extremely well priced (over 80% off), though you can only get it in super king and there are no matching pillowcases(for the hard core oz bargainer with a queen bed, perhaps consider getting a pair of pillowcases made up with the extra fabric??!!) - http://www.sheridanfactoryoutlet.com.au/sheridan-dakota-bed-…

You'll need to click through to checkout to see the revised, final pricing.

  • Bought some sateen pillow cases, cheers.

  • Out of curiosity why is Sheridan so expensive compared to others with the same thread count? I'm guessing they just get their sheets made to order in the same overseas factories as other brands. Correct? Is it purely brand name/perceived quality or is their something actually different in the material?

    • My opinion is it comes from previously being made by Actil in SA - you paid for not only the quality but the local jobs. It used to be that you could go down to Actil and get products direct from the factory. Those days are long gone. That being said, while Sheridan have moved to China, I haven't seen a huge drop in their quality. They certainly aren't the only expensive and high quality name in linen but a Sheridan cover/sheets can easily last you decades if treated correctly.

    • Sheridan isn't that much more expensive than others when you are ble to get it on a good special, and the quality and finish are far superior

  • OP - The Dakota looks to be a bed cover, not a quilt cover. Think, 50's-70's bed covers :) If that's the case, even at 'Super King' you could still put it on a queen. Sure, it'll be big, but you'll have generous overhang (which is far better than none!).

    • Yes, spotted that. Just providing a suggestion for anyone who might want to use the extra fabric :)
