I really like the Lite n Easy menu but i think it comes down to almost 10$ a meal on average in my case where I order 5 days Lunch and Dinner.
Any cheaper alternative if people have tried in Melbourne.
PS: Please let me know if there has been a previous discussion on this.
It's not quite the same, but have you looked into meal services aimed at gym goers?
Things like muscle meals direct or my muscle chef, calories and macronutrients are still calculated, but there isn't the same flexibility of lite n easy.
I'm not sure what your caloric requirements are so I can't say if it would be cheaper for you, but they have options from $7 per meal (for the smaller portions).
I also found this was a bit expensive. There is no real cheap alternative other than cook your own meals and freezing them. Make up a big batch and get some containers to store them.
