Think I'd wait for this one to get a bit cheaper. Decent gameplay, rubbish story and not that long.
Well every open world game are short if you only do the main quest.
Opinions. I found most of the side missions dull.

Not even an opinion. It is a fact. Every open world game have short main quest. Including fallout and elder scrolls.
True the side quests are abit dull but nevertheless it is not my point. Just stating some facts
"Not that long" in the same sense that GTA5 is "not that long" if you just rush through the main quest.
I put ~30hrs into the game before I finished it and I still had plenty of stuff to do on the side.

So what region is this PAL import from and do we need a corresponding PSN store account to purchase DLC for it?
Our PAL imports are from the our UK Supplier, The UK are generally the same region as us, so you should be fine to download DLC from the Australian Store
More expensive than just about everywhere.
