Best Way to Buy Items with Foreign Currency?

Hi,
I'm looking for the best way to purchase with foreign currency. Right now I'm using my Amex / Master Card and every time I buy with USD I get a 3% International Transaction Fee. If I spend small amounts it's not an issue, but if I spend bigger amounts it all adds up to a couple hundred bucks, that added with the current exchange rate, it's not ideal.

Just wondering if there are better alternatives?

    Get yourself a 28 Degree Credit card and pay with it. avoid INT transaction fee and generally better exchange rate.

      this or citibank plus account (debit card) if you don't want another CC

        EDIT: Are they citibank exchange rates competitive? Don't want to save on a transaction fee, but get ripped off on currency exchange.

          yeah, i think they use the visa exchange rate.
