Discounted Porcelain Floor Tiles Melbourne

Hi all,

I'm looking at laying 45 m2 of Porcelain Floor Tiles and wondered if any of you may know a great warehouse/outlet/cheap shop to buy tiles for the floor and wall.

Floor Tiles: white colour with slight marble look, 600 x 600

Melbourne area, please

    Not sure if Bunnings has the same stock in Melbourne, but last weekend I bought 50 cartons of 600x600 tiles from Bunnings for around $13 each carton, each carton has 3 tiles, which works out to 1.08m2. The tile is glossy, rectified and beigey, sandy looking. I thought it looked by far nicer than any other tile in Bunnings for around $13/m2. The Bunnings guy I spoke to said he had 10 pallets of the stuff out the back and more coming in, so I don't think it is a clearance item.

    Metric Tile, Westall Road, Springvale.

    Bought from there a few months ago. Lots of choices.

    Porcelain, both polished and matt from $25m2
