Apparently it's a pretty crappy port. Framerate issues and not much improvement in graphics.
I have played it for about 4 hours and cant say i saw any major issues. Frame rate seemed solid. I have played on ps3 also.
It is without a doubt worth $27 if you missed this on ps3

amazing amazing amazing game, favourite sandbox game to date even better than GTAV. The story mode is so immersive plus im asian so i understand the swearing etc in the background dialogue :P

Original creators of the game actually ran out of money for this game then squareenix took over and did an amazing job
Because GTA V PC version is comming soon… once so, those GTA like games will be very hard to sell

FYI PS4 is region free, so it doesn't matter where its from… the only time regions are a concern is for some DLC… generally thats the only "region locking" done these days. As this game includes all DLC, it won't be a problem.
Can vouch for base also, I ordered this and AvP for PS4 a couple weeks ago and they arrived no problem
