I'm planning on getting an iphone 6 64gb outright
I'm going to go overseas soon and hoping to claim GST back.
would it be possible to use woolies 5% giftcards to buy myers gift cards and then use this to buy the iphone from myer?
Cause If I can use giftcards, then my invoice will still be $999
and I can save (5% of 999) = 49.95
+ (9% of 999)= 90.82
so I pay $858.23 for it?
would this work? and is there better discount than this?

No cashback when purchasing the iPhone 6 through CashRewards. $50 iTunes gift card vs $50 off the device.
64GB model is definitely the way to go. I recommend keeping an eye out on eBay too, go regularly for about $900 in auctions which if came with a receipt could bring the price down to around $800.

ShamelessBargains idea would only work if it was a Tax Invoice including legitimate GST paid. Need to be very careful with that.
