    Directly quoting product description;

    "…‘glycerol triacetate’ and is commonly used in cosmetic formulations as a plasticiser and solvent, in addition to serving as a carrier for flavours and fragrances. Such indications make it hard to understand why it would be included in a pre-workout."

    "With no shred of scientific evidence on the use of triacetin for enhancing performance, it’s hard to say what benefits users can expect from GlycospanTM."

  Eh.. bought too much of a different pre workout a while back, when I opened the (sealed) tubs they were a lumpy mess even though they weren't far out of date.

  Tried this stuff a while ago, good for energy, not much for pump. There are more effectively dosed pre-workouts on the market these days (Pre-Jym, Dr Jekyl, etc) that will actually increase your strength and training capacity. This is OK if you just want a cheap pre-gym pick me up.
