no
MCP is MCP and MCSA is MCSA
basically if you pass any exam you will become a MCP
for MCSA Windows Server 2012 you will need to pass 3 exams

When you pass your first qualifying MCP exam, you automatically become a Microsoft Certified Professional
passing just one exam and became a MCP won't give you any benefit
