    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Google's Play Store policy has some rule which states that free apps must remain free. If so, what happens to this app after this week of sale is over? Will you release the app again as a "different" app? Will this "free version" still receive updates?

      Basically they just hide the paid app, publish an identical copy for $0, once the promo is over they remove the free app and continue selling the paid app.

      The app will still be able for download for free, however versions downloaded after the promotion period will need to have levels unlocked by in-app purchases. Hope that clears it up :)

          Like all other freebies only way you can get the full version is a backup of the app and data

          If you have to re-install with a non-promo version unfortunately it will not remain unlocked. Like the user above (neonlight) said, creating a backup of your data would work.

    This is a brand new game, right? Version 1.0 was released on 4 mar 2015 and there are 10+ downloads but not 100+ downloads.

      That's correct. It's an introductory offer. The price was $2.99 before and will return to that after the week long promotion.

      Unity 4 with the NGUI plugin. We also used Blender and Gimp for some of the art. The coding is done in C#.

        Ah, good ol Blender. I couldn't quite get my head around that one.

        Interesting info. I've always wanted to try my hand at some proper game making. Never got around to getting some friends together. Probably never will.

    Just tried it out and the acceleration pedal doesn't do anything on my phone, it's unpressable. The button in the top left works fine tho (to restart the level)

      You need to keep holding it down, then press the boost button. Give that a shot.

        Why boost and accelerate? The pedal by itself does nothing at all :( poor UX

        Okay I hold accelerate and press boost and the car moves forward now, how do I turn? I've tried swiping the screen and turning my phone but nothing? I think you need to make a tutorial level man.

          Steering works by tilting the phone. It is possible that your phone is not equipped with an accelerometer. In the future we may consider adding other steering options depending on how this game progresses. Sorry that you had no luck!

          @2beansapps: My phone definitely has accelerometer I have the OnePlus One, I've played tilt games like Box Cat
