  Great game; worth noting there is lots of minor dlc for weapon packs etc, but should be currently on sale; well worth picking up a few at a dollar or two each, as the Dev is providing lots of ongoing support for the game including free dlc regularly. in the most recent promotion people buying DLC would unlock fuel on the hypetrain
  http://www.overkillsoftware.com/thehypetrain/ which will unlock a bunch of other DLC for free in game. Great fun with friends if you have mics, would recommend the game, and at this price it;s a steal.

    For anyone who isn't up-to-date with the whole Hype Train business, I don't think you should necessarily see it as something worth praising Overkill for as it really is a double-edged sword.

    As someone who is approaching almost 800 hours in the game and owns almost all DLC until recent times, I'm finding it increasingly difficulty to want to support the developers in their product. The two topics above cover most of my thoughts.

      Aye you make a very fair point; there is a double edged sword here, and $20 for 4 cosmetic masks is very much optional DLC, the pack was marketed as something for people to do to support the studio, and general Hype Fuel for other DLC to be free for the customer base. I agree there are some issues here, but for players new to the game they will get a bunch of extra content for free, and then can make a decisions if they wish to support the devs with additional money.
