    • Nice quick witt JV.

Ok lets pick 1 example of DJs and their ridiculous pricing:
    Dyson DC54 Animal - $999 - 15% = $849.15

    $789 at GGs
    $789 at Jb Hifi

$796 for the Pro version at HN

    • It's irrelevant when DJ's has a price match policy. So take advantage of it.

And I've found if there's any issues (especially with the Dick Smith folk), asking for the floor manager who oversees the entire floor soon solves the issue.

      • Any of those 3 have a price match option, why would I give my business to the company that sells it for more? Why wouldn't I just go to one of the companies prepared to decrease their margin to offer a better deal in the first place?

Any number of reasons - DJ's is closer? You have an AMEX or Storecard and enjoy the options they offer? Gift vouchers? Poor experiences in those other stores? You don't have those other stores as options? QFF miles?

Your experience and reasoning is fine - for you. To each their own.
