The following GTA titles are 80% off (reduced prices shown):

GTA III - $2.00
GTA: Vice City - $2.00
GTA: San Andreas - $3.00
GTA: IV Not Complete - $4.00
GTA: Episodes From Liberty City - $4.00
GTA: IV Complete Includes Episodes From Liberty City - $6.00

Some are available as Steam digital codes and a couple are available as PC downloads.

As these are digital purchases you will require a US billing address to purchase these codes.

I realise GTA V is just around the corner for PC but I picked up GTA: EFLC purely for the LCPD:FR mod.

      Try removing your credit card details, logging out and logging back in. I had some issues earlier but that seemed to fix it for me.

        Same here. I go to pay but the transaction stalls and I receive an email from Amazon about the purchase being cancelled. I have never had issues with buying from Amazon before using a fake address. I have a 28 degrees Master Card.
