Help! Unused Adelaide multi-trip tickets!!

I bought these multi-trip tickets 3-4 years ago and thought would've used them all when travelling to work. But after 2 months I lost my job and since that never go to work with public transport.

Now I found this on their website:

Can I still use my multitrip ticket?
The equipment to validate these obsolete tickets will stop accepting multitrips from midnight on 31 December 2014.
New to metrocard
What can I do with my old multitrip ticket/s after 31 December 2014?
You can transfer one of the following: the dollar value (maximum card balance is $200) or unused trips (up to 60 trips) from old multitrip ticket/s to a Metrocard or receive single trip tickets for the equivalent number of unused trips. This offer was only available up to the 28 February 2015.

I wasn't aware of it at all until I tried to use my ticket on the bus today.

Am I screwed????

They don't work if you just put them into the top of the ticket machine? The crouzet system is still used for single-trip tickets.

Go into the InfoCentre on Currie Street. I doubt they'll shut you out because you're a couple of weeks late to redeem their offer (which seems a fair deal in the circumstances)

  • There's been plenty of notice online, media and social media, and there's been years to transfer trips to a metrocard.
I doubt you'll get the trips back.

  • Go into the Adelaide Metro Info Centre on the corner of King William St and Currie St and chat to one of the representatives there, or give them a call on 1300 311 108
