Six Event Cinemas Movie Ticket Vouchers $56.99

You were selling these for $55.99 before today…

Did you put the price up just for Ozbargain ???

8 days ago they were $48.99 posted for 6! Now that seems like a bargain!

The exp date on previous tickets were 28th Feb 2015. The new batch of tickets expire 13st May 2015.

So you are saying the ones you sold on the 16th of March for $55.99 on EBay and the ones that 8 days ago (11th of March) were $48.99 posted, were tickets that had an expiration date of 28th of February?

Did you just say you were selling expired tickets? Lol!!!!!

        • +1

Good point. Maybe when the batch of tickets changes, you should do a new listing, otherwise you'll see the discrepancies like the above comments.

        • why would anyone want an expired ticket?? 50 for 6 tickets would be nice :)

        • Clearly OP is trying to fool us. Nobody would buy expired tickets.

        • @Spackbace: thanks for the tip

@djevoultion: The tickets currently on sale are valid till 31st May 2015. this is clearly stated in the ebay listing. i'm disappointed with some of the comments here…

        • @mojo247:

I was talking about the tickets you sold 8 days ago http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:lZEHEiB…

and your comment that they expired on 28th Feb 2015

        • -3

@djevoultion: appreciate your feedback. my post was about the current item on sale. I'm not sure why the past sales are being scrutinised :-(

        • @mojo247:
It's not scrutinizing. This is OzBargain and we are always trying to find the best prices. Whenever someone posts a deal they usually look at the historic price.
We are not trying to give you a hard time, we are just saying that 8 days ago your tickets were a few dollars less. If that's a glitch on Google cache, I'm sorry. However if it's not, you can't blame us for telling you that you had it at a cheaper price a week ago. That's the OzBargain spirit!

    • The price was increased by $1. this is not because it was going to be posted in this forum. at the current price i still lose money on the sale due to eBay and PP fees.

I just don't understand how can you sell 6 tickets that are expired already ? So either the buyer is blind or you sold the new bunch of tickets for 48.99 previously and now you are increasing the price for them ( I don't judge… But I just want to make sense out of it…)

  • Not sure why the OP is getting hammered. The price is good. Anything else is their own business.

    • if you do find out the reason let me know….. :-)

    • Jeez this post managed to attract some haters.

I got no prob being negged by haters better than stuck with them as mates.

Saving $1.50 a ticket and it has to be delivered/I can't go to a movie after 5pm on a Saturday and I can't select my seats or use online booking line, so think I'll pass on this one!

    • +1

once purchased the codes will be scanned and sent via eBay's messaging system. These codes could be used to book online and you will be able to select your seats. (last checked with event cinemas 18th March 2015)

Cheers for the clarification but still think I'll stick with my Telstra thanks $11 ticket.

  • Is this the best price op? How about 54$ (9$each) :D

  • This guy was selling expired tickets because I saw it. I question him and he ignore me.

There was another guy selling there for $9.95 each on or $8.95 on gumtree and no extra booking fee so I got some from him.
