    How is it 27W if it's only consuming 24 Watts at 12V - even less at 21.6 Watts at 24V ?

    These guys are not reliable and have the worst customer service
    Bought a xiaomi 3 and a half months ago and still haven't got it
    Been messaging them for a month and they send me the exact same template message
