I posted separate (open to everyone) AirAsia sale for 3am tonight, but there is already AirAsia BIG Shot (members) sale on, offering zero point flights plus taxes for a variety of routes.
Handy for those who have already got fares to KL or Singapore from the Scoot sale

    great deal from KUL to Phuket (252 riggit = 85 AUD) 6th-12th Jan

      just tested it and I can book ticket without the need of 500 minimum points :) I am still not sure how to earn these points, I remember it is through Malaysian/Singapore credit card and hotel booking.

    I have no idea how to earn either…I signed up when I bought so insane $400ish Air Asia X Biz to KUL last year….looking at the terms- you need to be an existing member already for this one day sale.

    Its basically a $0 + taxes offer to their members…

    I guess this must be a regular thing for them, no harm in signing up I guess for the future.

    Some destinations at $0 + taxes are-

    Phuket
    Macau
    Ho Chi Minh
    Langkawi
    Singapore

    etc

    Hi OP, I have tried booking through the link you provided but I couldn't go through the payment. I get to see "insufficient points to proceed", I am a registered Big shot member but do not have any points. I suppose, members with no points can only book 0 point flights (eg., Kuala Lumpur to Macau, Kuala Lumpur to Phnom Penh). Still a good deal for those who wish to travel within Asia

    This is the good way to check which flights have the promo price for tonight Mega Sale. So you can use this to pre-plan your trip and when the sale start, just need to book :)

    I don't think you can pay by paypal. had to cop the processing fee… which was > than the taxes.

    I booked penang > langkawi return to enhance my holiday from the last AA sale (68myr for 2 people)
