[PC] Dragon Age: Inquisition - JAWS OF HAKKON $12.87 (VPN/Hola Required)

90

So I saw the new DLC came out yesterday and saw the price of $25, I thought that was a bit too much and went on a search to find it cheaper. Origin Mexico has it for $9.99USD > $12.87AUD + $1.30 if you require international transfer fee's (I'm with Commbank)

The steps

  1. Download Hola extension for your browser http://hola.org/
  2. Once installed head over to DLC page https://www.origin.com/en-au/store/buy/74369/pc-download/add…
  3. Once on the page click the Hola extension picture and press the power button to turn it on
  4. Go to select your country, and select Mexico. You will notice the page will reload and it will be in a different language. If your using Google chrome it will automatically translate it for you, other browsers I'm not sure sorry.
  5. Add the item to your cart, and proceed to the checkout.
  6. When it says enter your login details be sure to turn off Hola then enter and proceed.
  7. Finish your purchase and you will now own the new DLC for under half price
  8. Profit?

I will add that this is against Origin's T&C and there is a possibility you could get banned. Though from experience, that's has never happened to me nor have I seen anyone been banned from this.

Yeah.. they've been like that for 6+ months now.. no cheap peso games for you..

Yep. It's not as cheap as it used to be, but is is still vastly cheaper than our prices considering the exchange rate at the moment.

      • Agreed.
Was tempted to get BF Hardline at $40 USD (Mexican Origin store) but being the tightass that I am I'm waiting for a drop in price.
I'd say $30 AUD is my sweet spot.

CDkeys.com has it for $37USD as a Daily Deal

        • @Dagmar:
That's still close to $50 AUD plus for the sake of $3 I'd rather use the official Origin (Mexican) store than a CDKey site.

          Thanks for the link though.
          :)

          Also, FYI
          From the Brazilian store.
          Ultimate (Inc premium) $92 AUD
Deluxe (some bags and shit) $52 AUD
          Standard $42 AUD

However I've got no idea how to pay for it, uses some third party site rather than being able to use Paypal directly…
