Has anybody used Ausmoney/Muncha Money Transfer to send money to Nepal? I can't quite tell if it's dodgy or not. It seems to be registered with the Nepal Rastra Bank (the central bank in Nepal), but that's easy enough to fake I guess. I'm going to Nepal for an extended stay, and as it's illegal to take Nepali cash out of the country, I can't change money here before I go. Last time I was in Nepal my Australian bank charged $20 to take cash out, which is excessive. This seems like a good deal, first transfer is free and they give you a Visa Debit Card at the other end. I just want to know that my $1000 isn't just going to disappear.
