What's The Most Versatile Grater?

I'm looking to buy a decent grater. I don't want to buy separate ones for lemons, limes and oranges LOL

I am after a versatile one that I can use to grate things like ginger, garlic as well as citrus skin.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend a Microplane gourmet series grater. I have a course one and used it for years, when I was working. Its not one of the cheapest tools around, but will last for a long time.

  Thanks for that! Have heard great things about the Microplane graters just wasn't sure which one would be the most versatile.
