If you're going to visit wineries, get the "CellarDoor Pass" at the Adelaide Tourist Centre (or check it out online). It costs $89 but gives you $130 worth of wines that you can buy (12 bottles total) plus VIP treatment at some wineries (i.e. Premium Wine tastings for free). Also after you buy your 12th bottle, they'll ship it back to you for free, includes travel insurance too.
For Melbourne, there are 50% off the total food bill offers at participating Docklands restaurants on Tuesdays when two courses are ordered. It's available for both lunch and dinner.
