Huawei Y550 Bad Loud Speaker Echo, Normal?

I got on the Y550 bandwagon. Phone is great, except I'm driving everyone nuts when using speaker mode. Apparently they get a horrible feedback echo. Everyone else getting this, or is mine a dud?

    I think it is normal as I have heard it when calling someone using that phone and can hear the difference when they use loudspeaker. I would have to test the ones I have to double check though.

    speaker is having issue call voice to low.

    I've turned volume to as low as I can on speaker, but still get echo. I guess the issue is the mic & speaker are on the same side
