Dodgy Philips Consumer Care

I bought a blender/food processor 1.5 years ago which has had parts wear out. It has a 2 year warranty. I contacted Philips Consumer Care who called and emailed me and they accepted there was a problem after I emailed photos and the receipt, but they haven't gotten back to me in over 3 months, despite my chasing them up a couple of times. What are my options?

    Take it back to where you bought it. The retailer is the one you should be dealing with, not the manufacturer.
