Used to always go to xtremescreen sessions in Hoyts for a tenner with optus movie rewards but they're adding on a $3.50 surcharge now. Wasn't sure if it was an error but checked the voucher and the terms and conditions have changed to add this on.
It was always added to 3D but I always try to get to xtremescreen sessions so this 35% increase is a bit annoying
yeah, they changed the t&c. Pretty soon, they will add $1 booking fee if you use voucher too :(

Have you considered www.theaustralianmovievoucher.com.au? $13.75/$16.50 (normal/imax) which is a good deal if you buy a 10x and split between a few of your peeps. Used an iMax (Sydney) one last night for the first time with F&F7, and the ticket gaves a BOGOF Gelatissimo downstairs. Not a bad deal :)
Could use Entertainment book BOGOF for both Hoyts and Event Cinemas, and I believe for IMAX as well. Hope that helps.

Yea I noticed that too. I found out from my friend and I didn't believe them, but then I tried to book online and got charged additional $3.50 for it :( Now I try to avoid watching Xtreme screen, unless if It got better session times.
