Problem with Samsung Smart TV

Hello Guys,

We have got "Samsung UA32H5500 32 inch 81cm Full HD Smart 100 Hz LED LCD TV" setup in bedroom and been using internet and apps ( Youtube etc) without any problem untill today. None of the app connnects to the internet. I confirm that I can access internet (wifi on same network) on my mobile in that room.

Any idea why this is happening? or any thing / tips I can check?

    I assume you have rebooted the modem - Could be an IP conflict which should be fixed with a reset.
    Can you reboot the TV? Sorry just asking as I don't have a smart TV.
    Also try 'forgetting the network' from the TV and then set it up again.

    Reboot modem and if still no go delete the connection details in the tv, shut it down, restart and connect to the modem again.
    How old is the set?
    Does it still look for available connections?

  • There is an option on all Samsung Smart TV to check your network connectivity. Have you run through that?
    does it confirm it has wifi connectivity?

  • There is a known issue with samsung smart apps.
