When that comment was made earlier this morning the canvas print was in the title headline. The game was the second item in the title.
There are 2 things in this post, a game and a canvas.
Both are legit things to post, but maybe post the canvas/etc separately to the gaming stuff next time? Certainly easier for people not interested in looking in the game section. ;)
@Scipio: They just type in canvas print in search bar and the post will come up, I couldn't post 2 different posts anyway because it would be combined by mods
Just use a sensible file (JPG) next time, and don't blame your errors on them.

What other file format would I have uploaded?
It changed the file I uploaded to something inferior. How is that my fault? When inspecting the file after uploading, both file size and resolution have decreased.
Do you work for them or something?No, I've just got a clue, and know you don't need 12+MB files for a print of this size.
@Mic Cullen: I never said 12MB. Please read properly before you accuse people of making mistakes. I said 12MP, as in megapixel. My image was shrunk to around 4000x3000, and recompressed. I used "large file upload". Otherwise they would have shrunk it even more.
Warning: BigW downsamples and recompresses photos!
I had to ask for a refund for a metal print which looked awful. Further investigations showed that their fujionline portal could not go above roughly 12MP. I will never use them for prints again, no matter how much they discount.
