Win a Share of $10,000 from The Cheesecake Shop (Requires Purchase of Personalized Cake)

• To enter, individuals must:

(a) during the Purchase Period, order and purchase a The Cheesecake Shop cake online at http://www.cheesecake.com.au/ (for Australian residents) or http://cheesecakeshop.co.nz/ (for New Zealand residents) and add a personalised message to the cake (of 40 characters or less) for an extra $5. The selected collection date for the personalised cake must be no later than 10 May 2015. The personalised message submitted does not need to be specifically related to Mother’s Day to be deemed eligible for entry (e.g. message submitted relating to a son’s birthday, an anniversary, etc will still be valid); and

(b) collect The Cheesecake Shop cake (purchased online in accordance with clause 7(a) above) from The Cheesecake Shop nominated on purchase, by close of business on 10 May 2015.

• This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judging will take place at The Cheesecake Shop Pty. Ltd., 2 Lisbon Street, Villawood NSW 2163 from 10 May 2015. Each entry will be individually judged based on the creative merit and element of ‘fun’ of the personalised cake message provided on entry. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
