I have been looking to buy a second hand Fetch TV set top box. On eBay and Gumtree there are several for sale but Optus branded.
I have been warned by Fetch TV not to buy a second hand box, which is say Optus supplied as they will not activate it.
Also Fetch TV say that if I purchase one previously supplied by say Hervey Norman, I need to make sure that it was deactivated first.
Has anybody had experience with re-activating a second hand Fetch TV box?
My broadband is TPG and I cannot change carriers for 6 months.
