Just scored a free copy of The Witcher 3 through Gigabyte for the GTX 970 I bought last year (there's a current promotion on newly purchased cards) as compensation for the VRAM fiasco! On top of the free Ubisoft game, was not expecting that would work! Good on you Gigabyte… I hope Nvidia has to pay for it.

There's actually a Witcher 3 + Arkham Knight promotion now, but its not available in Australia.

My friend I mentioned in the original comment did some creative Photoshopping with his receipt and got a code for The Witcher 3 (MSI card, not Gigbyte).
Careful, that's technically fraud… I was referring to compensation with an old receipt. It's obviously not official but people have sending me messages saying it worked.
My friend has the same card and is looking for a bargain on the Witcher 3. How did you get the free copy? Any details you can share?
