Boost Blocking Tethering?

Hi all,

My mother is on the Boost $45 and has noticed that recently her internet disconnects when tethering to her laptop.

Has anyone else had this issue?

No problems with Samsung 4 or 5 tethering on Boost.
My friend has no problem with Iphone 5
What sort of phone is it and what is the APN setting ?

  Thanks for checking mate. It's a HTC Windows Phone, hasn't had issues until her last recharge.
  
  Will have to ask her on the APNs - what do you use?
