    I had a non-delivery problem with Amazon a while ago; instant refund. It was a $200 SSD, not a small thing.
    I think you can expect the best of support from Amazon.

    Edit:
    also; I know that SanDisk has a global support, with Australian branch; maybe Samsung have the same? (I'd expect it)

    Btw; you can find the exact same cards on eBay a bit cheaper, however you have to know who to buy from; lots of crooks there.
