Has Anybody Had Problems with Allbuy?

I purchased the XIAOMI 16000mAh Power Bank from Allbuy on the 20th april, couple of days later i get a email saying the item has been shipped & transit time 7-14 days.
2 1/2weeks later the item still hasn't arrived & the given tracking number has no info.
So i email them and ask them what the delay is, no reply, i give it 2 days & make a paypal claim.
They immediately refund the money but up to date product hasn't arrived.
Which makes me wonder if they actually shipped anything at all when they said they had.

Has anybody else had similar issues with them ?

    Bought 2 sets of Xiaomi Piston 3. I cannot find tracking info on the main website, however I can see it on my phone as it is in the mobile webpage. Currently it is… in Sweden? LOL

    Try through your mobile browser, you might be able to see it there.

    I am wishing for the best that these arrive in one piece. Been 1 week since it has been shipped. Will comment when it arrives (or if it arrives in your case)

    Ordered Xiaomi power bank on 16 April and arrived today after 25 days from Sweden.

      • Hmm I bought mine from Banggood and although their website claims it'll be dispatched from their China Warehouse, mine came from Sweden. Good thing however is the verification code claims its genuine so I'm not too concerned.

      • Not sent from sweden, just use sweden post office service to deliver the packages with battery. We allbuy based in ShenZhen China, we sent all packages from SHENZHEN or HongKong, Btw, Shenzhen is next to Hongkong.

        Not all carriers can send the packages with batteries due to restriction rules.

        • My order does not contain a battery, so why is it going through Sweden?

  • 7-14 days is a bit optimistic. 3 or 4 weeks is more realistic for packages from china

    • Honestly, using post office service will cost 2-3 weeks, Toll service will cost 1-2 weeks, express way like UPS/DHL will cost 3-5 working days. :)

    All ok on Xiaomi verification site. Power bank 16000mah looks authentic and on charge now. From memory it should take about 9 hours on 5v 2 amp charger.
    I was originally worried when i ordered as Allbuy price at $29.80 was a lot cheaper than other sellers. Currently selling for $28.85.

      • According to this review, it appears both ports output the same amount

        Did the ports work as claimed? Yes; in my tests, when used independently, each port was well capable of 2.1A output current. In fact, they went above 2.1A (voltage will regulate accordingly) in many occasions. When both ports were used, I typically got a combined rate of around 3.7 to 3.8A. Even with a 4A load, it still worked, but I didn't proceed any further in fear of stressing the ports too much. In essence, everything checked out fine.

  • send email to them and they said its already dispatched from sweden so you have to wait. i do not know how long but. thats like they said 100% refund and guaranteed and all on website but at the end nothing shows up. it did not happent to me before i always order from e bay.thts was my first time .

    Absofuckinglutely never buying from Allbuy again.

    They put 7 - 14 days on their website and email you later saying 15 - 25 working days. What a load of crock.

  • Ordered Xiaomi Piston 3 on 9-05-2015. Will be aboard on 22-06-2015. If the shipment didn't make it I'll be pretty pissed

    • Ordered mine 27/04/15, shipped on 5/5/15. still not in my hands. a huge majority don't have theirs yet.

      Ordered mine on 27/04/15, received for processing on 06/05/15, then dispatched 25/05/15. Took almost 1 month to dispatch from order date, and 2 weeks since dispatch I still have yet to receive it. Don't worry, you'd probably just need to wait until the Xiaomi Piston 4 to be released before you get them.

  • Ordered approx $200 worth of stuff. Chose 'flat mail' as the free shipping option.
    Initially was advised that it was 25 days for shipping. Website now states 25 "Working" days.
    Initial order was placed 29/6/2015.
    They advise that flat mail has no tracking out of the netherlands (for one of the two sets of items) and the other shows it landed in Perth (I am in Melbourne) on the 7th of this month and has been another 20 days without any form of update.
    Australia post advise that the tracking number is not valid, as international parcels would usually have an international waybill number for tracking (two letters, numbers, two letters)

    I got on chat support and they advise that they'd lost the item in transit and were shipping it as a priority (no priority here)
    They say they'd emailed me but nothing received, not even in spam.

    Just waiting the remaining 4 days before I lodge a Paypal dispute for item not received.

    Spoken several times and asked for investigation as to the whereabouts of the item, however they advise that they've got no visibility of one of the items (out of netherlands) and no valid tracking number (at least from the auspost website.)

    • Long story short, they kept telling me to be patient.
      Eventually contacted paypal and they gladly refunded the purchase.
      Items never arrived, but I am still ok with it as a lesson learnt.

      Make sure you use paypal wherever you can as I find it is a lot easier than having to process a credit card dispute.

    The card is clearly a fake. The card itself and the packaging look very cheap. FakeFlashTest utility shows that its real capacity is 8Gb.
    Will ask for a refund.
