first forum post just thought ill ask where do you guys get your supplements from? im looking for a supplier of Optimum performance whey in either 5lb or 10lb packages. cheapest ive found is $154 + ph $9.90 thats at mass nutrition.
does anyone else have a decent supplier at a good price?

he doesnt overcharge on postage like the other online stores. so i think ive found my store :)

As a long-time protein user and bargain hunter, I'm always on the lookout for good prices on protein powder.
Here's some things I've learned…
If your in Sydney, Supplement Warehouse is quite cheap. The particular protein powder your talking about is $155 there (same price I know) In Sydney though, you wouldn't have to pay postage.

You can also take a printout of the pricelist to Mr Vitamins http://www.mrvitamins.com.au and get them to price match. Part of thier policy is to beat the price by, I think it's 5%, Not a huge amount as such, but, if your buying up big, it adds up.
If your from Melbourne or can vist Melbourne, the cheapest protein shop in Australia bar-none, is "Health4U"

They don't have a website as it's just run by one old (Indian?) guy with protein powder stacked up to the roof! It's like the MSY of protein shops. no bullsh*t just cheap.
When I vist Melbourne, I make the effort to go there and stock up.
