Now I know this is not as cheap as the DWI deal from around a week ago or so, and yes the delivery fee of $17.50 is higher than free delivery, but you get an excellent lens, 2 years warranty (compared to 1 buying it from overseas) do your bit to support Australian workers, pay your share of tax and getting it much faster in the post than via overseas.

  Price is OK but the lens isn't worth buying. Mediocre image quality and build quality
  You're better off with a 2nd hand 17-55 f2.8 or 15-85f3.5-5.6 or saving up for a 24-105 f4L.

        If you can afford a full frame camera you can probably afford an L series lens :) in which case you would not even bother looking at this type of lens (even if it was mount compatible)
