      Ah I forgot about that.
      You would've been able to get out at KL ok (assuming without check-in luggage), but you probably would've had to buy a separate fare going home because you didn't complete your outbound journey.

    Pick up this deal SYD-KUL $325 rt and then add on a KUL-KWL flight, I found 5/01-9/01 for $126 rt on airasia.com so $451 all up for SYD-KWL return.

    Also having recently visited Guilin, I can vouch it is a pretty spectacular place.

    edit: didn't notice your dates before. 2/11-30/11 is $245 or if you can do 2/11-5/12 then it'll be $193 KUL-KWL return on airasia.com.

        I see what you mean about the locations changing. It seems that TravelGenio/Travel2Be is having an issue and if you select them your locations are changed to European locations. So don't choose them for tonight - hopefully they will fix it by morning.

        what is your departure city? Eg, here is the search for Sydney to Bangkok on those dates:

        If you are not leaving from Sydney, then just enter your departure city instead of Sydney when doing the search.
