Don't buy these people, they take ages to get sent out to you and when they arrived the code didn't work. then I have to call them and they ask you for a security code for the voucher, but the gift card only has a voucher code. Then they said they have refunded me but it never happened.

I havent had an issue yet buying giftcards from them. Yes they take more than a day but you dont buy them planning to buy something straight away…
The 3 times I responded to 3 offers, I called the companies directly, they allowed me to book on the phone with them for the same price and pay over the phone with credit card. You could try that, explain that you've had trouble buying via Groupon. I didn't have any problems with Groupon to begin with. I just wanted a direct communication method and since you have to call to book your appointment time anyway, may as well ask if they let you book directly. I was even allowed to book ahead a second session at the same discount price. I'm not sure if all the companies allow it, but surely if you want business you are not going to say no!

I am not sure if anyone else is affect by this but I just got emailed my egift…along with everyone else…and lets say it a shit ton of money.
I cannot contact groupon or the egiftcard team, the store cannot help. I have emailed both companies , via their respective website, but very concerned what will happen. It feel terrible sitting here thinking of what could happen.
Hopefully they will void all egift card and reissue.

I think they've done the voiding, but I know mine has already been fraudulently used..
I found it bad buying Egift cards from Groupon. No word for weeks about a $1000 purchase, put in a Paypal complaint. Got cards emailed next day.
Others bought around Jan 2015, still didn't have their giftcards in April 2015.
So a bit hit and miss. Paying with Paypal took the stress out of it for me.
