Large Size Sport /short Socks?

I have big feet and wear a Mens size 13 shoe. I have constantly found it impossible to find sport socks or short socks (i.e black ankle socks) that actually fit me.

Anything that says 11-13 is useless, they just don't fit.

It seems Nike, Puma,adidas and other big brands don't make anything bigger. (I don't get why companies don't make more large sizes now days)

I found something here http://www.highandmighty.co.uk/shop/southbay-pack-of-5-train… however they don't ship to Australia. I am in the process of seeing how much a forwarding company would cost and/or if I could post them to a family friend who could post them on.

Anyone else on OzBargain with large feet found this to be a issue and found anywhere ideally in Australia but I'm open to the US or UK as long as they have reasonable Australian postage costs.

These socks are mostly to be used in summer if I wear shorts but still need closed shoes, black formal socks look a bit silly.

    US size 13 here. I wear Nike Elite (size XL) socks to play basketball. They fit great and don't shrink.

    try the bonds size 11-14 ones, haven't bought any in a while but coles used to sell them and i also use a size 13 shoe (au size)
    generally around 10$ for 3 pairs

      +1. Ex bf had size 13 flippers. Wore those Bonds sport / ankle-high socks that came as 3 packs. Never seemed to have an issue with them. Worth trying next time Coles have their Bonds gear for sale at 1/2 price :)

      I found bonds socks to be of poor quality.

      Yes I do :P

      I can wear black formal socks and I stocked up on these when I was in the US but they don't look right with shorts.
