Surface Pro 3 from Compnow

Hi guys,

First of all English is not my first language so please don't be to hard with me. :)
I'm about to grab a surface 3 pro and the best deals around I could find are the bundles from compnow. The problem here is that I can't provide an abn number nor do I have anything to do with an education facility which seems to be an requirement for a purchase from them. So I'm asking did anyone recently buy something from them and had to provide any kind of proof?

I'm also thinking about getting the 3 year warranty they are offering from Microsoft. Is it the same warranty I get directly from Microsoft or do I have to deal with compnow first if something go wrong?

    Purchasers need to supply an ABN or be affiliated with an Education Facility

      Yeah probably, I've read in another thread here about a purchase which went through without asking for proof so i thought if I find some others with similar "experience" I would give it a shot. Otherwise I have to wait for another deal. Thanks

    In that case you cannot purchase from them. Last time I purchased something through apple education from them I think it was I had to show my school ID and a bill that proved I still went to said school.

    Those are the education prices which are cheaper for the benefit of students/faculty members not just anyone.

    JBHiFi seems to be doing (or at least was) 10% off, might be your best bet. Else wait for the Pro 4 to be announced (soon) and you might find a better deal!
